Brand Council (referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and takes its obligations under the Australian privacy legislation very seriously.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, transfer and disclose the personal information we collect and hold, and why we do so. It applies to all of our operations, including visitors to the Brand Council website (referred to as our “Website”). By using the Website you consent to the Privacy Policy. We do not make any representations about third party websites that may be linked to our Website.

We review our Privacy Policy from time to time, to ensure it is in line with best practice and up to date with any legislative changes.
